Holy Moly! My little Mr. C is 4!! Where has the time gone!? There was so much going on this October with Allison's wedding that we pushed Colson's friend-birthday party back a couple weeks. For our family party, Colson picked out a blue velvet cake with blue frosting. Can you tell he loves blue?
But when the big day came, we partied hard- Sodor Style! Colson picked out the Thomas theme. He loves Thomas the Train.
We had a pretty wicked awesome food table.
Complete with a train full of Jobe Wood, Coal, animals, train smoke and produce.
For party favors, we had train hats, train whistles, suckers, and conductor bandanas.
Guests were welcomed to the party by Sir Topham Hat.
We had a Colson birthday crossing sign out front.
We played toss the tinder with bean bags into the back of Thomas' tinder car.
We did pin the funnel on Thomas. It came with this funny Thomas blind fold.
Then we played, break the ice on the tracks. Also known as, pop all the bubble wrap on the train tracks. It was a hit.
Sometimes it took a great amount of concentration.
We ate blue cupcakes. Sawyer turned in to Cookie Monster.
We sang Happy Birthday and opened presents. It was a great party. Colson loved it! Happy Birthday to my Mr.C! He's gotten so big so fast.
Colson is very sweet. He loves to snuggle, loves his blanket and loves to suck his thumb. He loves to play trains, play with his brother Parker, and watch movies. He LOVES watching Christmas movies, ALL year. He always wants help to say his prayers, and insists that you give his goodnight kiss on his lips. We love him so much!
