Fire Safety FHE

We decided to do a FHE on what to do in case of a fire. Luckily, we have a good friend who spends most evenings having dinner with us, named Bryan, who is a volunteer firefighter. He came over with all his gear and talked to the kids about what to do in case of a fire.

The kids thought it was great seeing him in all his fire suit stuff.

We learned how to , Stop-Drop- &-Roll. Ava thought it was fun. She kept rolling around on the floor. We tried to explain why it was important to roll if you're on fire, but I think she just thought it was fun to roll.
They got to try on all his stuff too. And they loved it. Parker wasn't so sure about actually standing in the boots, but Ava loved it.

Parker did really like to wear the hat. Probably because it was so heavy. It weighed almost as much as he did. It was really fun. The kids really love Bryan, so they enjoyed seeing him all dressed up. Thanks Bryan
