BIKES!!

Ava had a pretty exciting day yesterday! She's growing out of her bike and we told her we weren't getting a new one until she could ride without training wheels. She's basically been riding without them for the past summer. One of them was so worn down that it was half gone and didn't even touch the ground. I think she just felt safer with them on. So Daniel took them off and in 5 minutes she had it. In 10 minutes she could start and stop by herself too. It was pretty exciting. She told every passing person that she was riding without her training wheels.

Parker got this bike when he turned 2. He hasn't been interested in it all this summer. But, as soon as Ava was hollering about riding without training wheels, he was all about it. It's pretty cute. He concentrates so hard when he's riding. He can reach the pedals much better now and was cruising in no time.

And of course Colson wanted in on the action too. He wants to ride Parker's bike, but can't reach the pedals still. He liked sitting on it though. But he settled for the trike. It was a fun day!
