3rd Annual Raclette Night!

For the last 3 years, the original Fremont ward Primary Presidency has reunited for our Valentine Raclette Night.  It's tradition.  And we love it.

We always have it at Markham and April Carroll's house.  Because it's big and beautiful and always smells good.
What is raclette you may say?  Well let me tell you.  It's this big, expensive, smelly cheese that you slice up, put in this little dish, sprinkle with aromat and paprika, melt on this cool little raclette griddle then pour over steamed veggies, bacon and baguettes.  So delicous!!

These ladies are very near and dear to my heart.  They were my first friends here in Utah and are still my BFF's here.  They made my first years here so much more fun.  Here's to another 3 years of raclette night.
These guys are pretty fun too.  PS- Daniel and I won the Newlywed game we played.  Granted, we have been together for 17 years, so it was bound to happen.
